The Boats Ashore

The Boats Ashore have a go at playing Klezmer music. Klezmer originates from Eastern European Jewish folk music. It shares commonalities with Gypsy and Middle Eastern folk music and reflects my interest in these genres or styles. We play traditional tunes and some of my own original compositions. The name The Boats Ashore comes from the song title Michael Rows the Boat Ashore. When I become famous I plan to change the name of the band to Michael Roseth and the Boats Ashore 😉
